This is a dreadful place to stay! The beds look like cots at a summer camp and were only inches from the floor. The heater in the cold room didn't work. They didn't make the wake-up call. The shower was so small you couldn't turn around (and I'm small). They did not leave soap in the bathroom. The food was awful and skimpy. The dining room staff was surly. It was raining when we arrived. Our room was supposedly on the 4th floor. When we finally found the room, it wasn't even in the building but in one across the street and though labeled 404, it was on the first floor. The marble steps were wet from the rain and so slippery that my husband fell on his back. They did not have rugs out to help dry the marble floors. Skip this place. It's AWFUL!!
