Our room was very dark and not very clean. The room was tiny, and the furniture definitely needs updating - especially the bathroom, which seemed wasn't renovated since the hotel first opened, coating peeling from the mirror etc.. Also, the insect nets on one window were completely missing, so we woke up with a lot of mosquito bites.
The rooms are also very badly isolated concerning noise - a fellow couple could hardly sleep because people in the adjacent rooms were talking all night.
Maybe the rooms facing the sea are nicer, ours was close to the reception...
This hotel also seems to be a base for huge tour groups, which is reflected in the on-site restaurant which has the charm of a canteen and a quite limited menu selection. The food itself was ok - not great, but not bad either.
