I stayed here for 2 nights in Juen of this year. You cannot fault the location, its perfectly placed in Parikia - I walked off the ferry and found it fairly easily. However reception is not always open and I had to phone someone to get my room key. I was up on the top floor which wasn't brilliant given I had to lug my bags up there. The room was clean but very dated and the furniture had seen better days, as had the bathroom.
The bathroom did have a 3/4 bath though. Rooms could be a bit noisy, my first night was rather ruined by some considerate guest watching tv on fill blast all night long.
The pool is very pretty but wasn't always that clean, and despite its oasis like nature was a haven for bugs and birds, which didn't help with the pool cleaning. Didn't have breakfast so couldn't comment.
It was an okay place to stay, but wouldn't want to stay more than a couple of days
Parikia is still gorgeous as ever.
