We have just returned from staying at the Zefi apartments and whilst I agree with the other reviews that the accommodation is nice I feel that I have to give a word of warning to anyone thinking about staying here.
There are 2 parts to this accommodation. The hotel which is the really nice looking part around the swimming pool that you can see on the website and then the apartment block which although perfectly acceptable its not as pretty and its situated on the busy road.
I have no complaints about the standard of accomodation but I had very little sleep for a whole week because of the noise. I should add that I live in the centre of London so Im quite used to a bit of noise and Ive visited Noussa before and I know its popular with Greeks and Italian youngsters because of the bars and nightclubs. I chose this poprerty because its not right in the centre of town but the room we were given is right on the corner of a busy road and another road that is constantly busy with people walking in to and out of town. If you go to bed early you will be woken by people going out until about 2 in the morning and if you go to bed late you will be woken from about 4am by people coming home (scooters and motorbikes are a real problem).
Theres no airconditioning in the apartments so it would be impossible to sleep with the doors closed and to make matters worse they decided to remove and repaint the shutters to our room while we were there (this took 3 days).
If your going to make the most of the nightlife in Noussa then stay here but if you value your sleep stay elsewhere.

The room was lovely. The person on reception great. The price of the room was 90E with a 10E discount. Breakfast is rather basic, not great. Pool is nice enough. It's a bit of a walk into town and a little bit hard to find.
I'd recommend it though, I imagine the rooms are nicer than a lot of other places.

We are 4 adults in our late forties. We have stayed at the Zefi twice now, firstly in 2002 & again in 2005. Both times we booked with Kosmar. The accomodation is basic but always clean. It is 5 minutes walk downhill to the centre of Naoussa but longer coming back!.
Watch out for the prices in the harbour front bars.
Kosmar seem to have 2 blocks of studios & the others are bookable privately, usually b&b.
The pool is great but sometimes the bar is not fully stocked.
There are always Greek guests as well as british which shows how good it is. It is very pretty with lots of pots & trailing Bougainvillia everywhere. We shall certainly go again.
Catch the little boats from the harbour in the morning to visit some of the beaches or hire a car & visit the pottery on the mountain & the more remote beaches. Well worth it!

We stayed for two nights in mid-May. I don't remember the exact price, but it was about 1/3 of what is showing as the average rate in the Trip Advisor listing. We liked this hotel quite a bit. The hotel is a complex of small two story buildings a short walk from the center of Naoussa. Our room had charm with stone floors and some other stonework in the walls. We never heard any sound come through those walls from our neighbors. The bathroom was small but perfectly functional. There is a nice swimming pool. I would stay here again. If you prefer smaller towns, choose Naoussa over Parikia. There are a bunch of restaurants, a lovely harbor, and the usual tourist shops, but done in a low-key way.
