It is the very first time that I introduce a negative critic since I became a member about 3-4 years ago. I was competely shocked by the poor service (gentle but unexperienced) and, most of all, the accomodations. Moreover, the hotel bedding was entirely made out of feather. Which can be off course a problem in case of customers having an anaphilactic reaction to this material. This was entirely the case, I spent the entire night sneezing and breathing with difficulty; since the hotel front desk was unable to provide me with a simple polyester pillow. Thank you very much!

“Booked room via email, when checking 5 days before they were full”
I emailed them online via their homepage on May 11th (2 months before) to ask for a room for a single night. Had a few mails shortly discussing the room and me confirming twice I would like the room. From the email thread I was certain we booked the room, but when I called them today (5 days before the stay) they said they were all booked and I could not have my room.
My mistake were to assume the emails were enough for the confirmation, but they say they never confirmed it.
So, I never made it to the hotel but can just say: Make sure you get more confirmation than just an email!
