If you can choose another hotel - do it. Nothing very bad, but there are a lot of much more better hotels in Rhodes with the same price or even lower.

+ Good locatoin, friendly staff, free Wi Fi
- small room, VERY small bathroom, everyday cleaning, but not properly, dirty room for breakfast, tasteless food - always the same, awful balcony (70 sm wide faced exactly to the windows of the next house and ), bad sound proofing - you hear every rustle in the hall.

I was sent there by another hotel which due to overbooking sent me to this hotel. The hotel is well placed but rooms even if ok furnished are very small and can be very noisy. Breakfast is ok. However at the end of my stay I was asked to pay more than what is indicated to the official and certified price list for the period concerned. When i raised the question I didn't get any justified answer by the person at the desk.

when you want to come to here,you should be ready for some

unforgettable memory. The first is they told us there is NO room for us,

not any reservation from us,they donot know why and they donot care, they

told us to go find "booking.com" and this is not their problem. For any

other question, the reception said just "I donot know" and " Donot ask

me, I donot know". The old lady of the reception is so rude that you

cannot imagined she is horrible. From the begin to the end, they never said a sorry, not

a single word. When I call the manager,they still said this is not their

problem. BUT In fact, after I send email to the "booking.com", they told

the truth is the mistake of their employe. They CHEAT us all the time.

And they offer us a solution,they can send us to another hotel. That is

the point!!! During the one hour in the hotel, we saw they send someone

else to another hotel minimum 3 times, they always do that. They donot

care about your resevation,when the hotel is full, they sent you to

ANOTHER !!!!!! When we refuse to another, the rude lady said if you find

another hotel yourself, you go,and get out here. She said she donot care

the complaint just get out the hotel !!! What a horrible place! NEVER!NEVER COME!!

Spent a week here in the summer. We had a room on the ground floor which (we assumed) was not one of the refurnished rooms. Was very disappointed with the room: it was very small, we had no room for our suitcases and the bathroom was tiny with a broken shower head. The beds are terrible and we had no airconditioning so we had to sleep with the windows open because it was HOT (which lead to numerous sleepless nights with every sort of bug in the room).

Rooms are also very noisy! Doors wouldn't close properly so you had to slam and pull them to close. It sounded like more people had the same problem, because it went on the entire night when people came home from clubbin'.

The rooms were not always cleaned (I think the cleaning ladies left somewhere in the morning, so if you weren't out of bed, your room wasn't cleaned).

The only two good things were:
- the location: just steps away from the beach and the barstreet;
- the bartender.

Maybe the rooms on the higher floors are more luxurious, but take it from me: stay somewhere else if you value a good night sleep.
