I just can't understand why people complain when its not necessary, and agree with a previous comment, that if it's luxury you want,you gotta pay the price.
This hotel was just right for me and my wife......we wanted a well earned break and got it.
We had a sea view room,clean and comfortable...beds made every day too, and room cleaned.
The food was very good,and plenty of it......excellent fare,and varied ,to cater for the various nationalities stopping there.
I had a large breakfast every morning...and the three courses every night,except for one night when I eat too much.!
The staff were excellent,and couldn't do enough for us,form the waitresses to the cleaning staff,and reception..
In my limited knowledge of Greek....effcharisto polo kala !!(they'll know what I mean)>!

Typical large tourist Hotel a bit run down but in a convenient position ie near the beach and the old town nice but freezing cold unheated swimming pool, rotten busy breakfast , I would not stay again
and it is not four star but the staff were helpfull.Lots of extras for air conditioning internet and safe

A first visit to Rhodes. It met our expectations as did the hotel. While it is easy to criticise the somewhat tired decor/ bathroom, it was more than adequate for our one week stay. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful and are a credit to the hotel. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The buffet meals were a little on the bland side but the food was plentiful at all sittings. There was three nights laid on entertainment, all of which was enjoyable. Our one problem was the traffic noise at nights. We had a room facing the sea, which is just across the road from the hotel. At no time was this road ever quiet, so it was difficult to enjoy an undisturbed nights sleep. Despite this, I would recommend this hotel. It is ideally located for Rhodes Town (Old and New), a short walk away.

A splendid hotel with truly excellent staff. We found the food pretty good and did not go out to dinner at all, though we had planned to.
The location means that there is some traffic noise, but it did not bother us. With the balcony door shut we couldn't hear it. The room was fine; the bathroom was poky because a huge washbasin took up most of the space and was in the way of the toilet. Still, the shower was as good as we've ever known and that's the important thing for me. The balcony was big.
The fridge and the powerful aircon were free.
We'd happily go there again.
