Wonderful location, fantastic view over the sea. Room needed a facelift and also not very clean. We watched the cleaners at work; they were half-hearted. Reception understaffed; bellhop could not speak a word of English, making it harder for reception. Breakfast just OK, great spot. Within a nice walk to Old Town. Free wi-fi in lobby. Lobby was impressive. Value for money, compared to our hotel in Heraklion.

The location was the most important thing and it was great. It was across from the beach, next to the casino and walkable into town. The rooms were small and showers leak all over the bathroom. They refused to give more than 1 key. You had to pay for wifi in yoand room and the front desk was unfriendly. There was a large breakfast buffet. Overall it was good enough to suit our needs. The entire hote smelled like smoke.

I stayed there for a business trip recently (November) and I've had a positive experience overall. The location is good, you may go for a quick swim or play rackets just crossing the road in front of the hotel. Nightlife action is also close by. Walking to the old town is also 10min.
There is no free wi-fi in the rooms but you can plug in a cable. However, internet doesn't come free and the reception gave me some exorbitant prices. After a bit of haggling I got a free pass for my stay but the status was not clear. One thing you need to be aware of is the short period the restaurant is open in the evenings: just a couple of hours, 18:30 to 20:30. If you dare go after say 20:10 the staff will make every effort to show you their displeasure! The food though is not bad.
