“Pleasant surprise!”

I stayed at the Stamos Studios with two other friends from July 6th - July 20th 2011. All I can say is wow. The room we had was spotless, really modern and it was a good size. (We were in the new block, which is why they were so nice, heard other people staying saying their rooms in the older block wern't as nice as ours) Considering it was an 18-30 holiday we wern't really expecting the room to be that good, but it really was nice. Only downside was the shower having no shower curtain so the bathroom was very slippy after one shower, let alone three. The rooms were cleaned and bed sheets changed regularly throughout our two week stay.

The staff were really friendly, even telling us to be careful when we went out and warning us about certain things and places. Pool bar was great, good selection of drinks and food. Basically is 24 hours too. Enough sun-beds to go around, pool was a good size.

Rep was nice enough, although we never bought any of the packages (you can do it yourself for cheaper) So we really never saw much of him and he kinda kept away from us.

The location of the Stamos Studios is great, just the perfect distance from Club/Bar Streets so that its quiet enough, but its not a trek. Your literally a three minute walk from the clubs/bars and the beach.

Overall it was a great stay here, great rooms for 18-30! If you get te chance to stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: Try and get a room in the new block, heard from other guests in the older rooms that they were no wh...

First of all i was very suprised at what i got for the amount i paid, very good value for money. we was greeted straight away by the owners wife and was shown to our room. we stayed in the new block, room was very modern and clean. cleaners came every other day to change sheets and towels and mop and stuff. towels were tiny but if you ask them they will give you a bigger one. swimming pool area was great plenty of sunbeds, if you get the ones facing the bar you get sun all day.

the older block above the bar looked nice from the outside but i didnt stay in there so i wouldnt know how it was. aircon was 7euros a day, 40 euros for the week, but u need it as it gets really hot in august.

bar is open 24 hours and nikos the bar man/ security/ maintenance guy is amazing and he makes the best cocktails and shots. food is lovely, they make pizza'a after hours perfect for sobering up before bed. drinks are abit pricey if your on a budget like i was but lucky enough you have a super market across the road.

the hotel is a 18 to 30's hotel so full of people that are just getting pissed all day but there was a few older people staying there too. i went with my mum and she enjoyed it as much as me.

the hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the beggining on bar street but about 15/20 minutes to the main clubs. but walking back to the hotel at 4am the bars closest to our hotel were still open.

overall i think this hotel was lovely, staff where amazing and friendly and made our holiday what it was. if you are polite and respectful they will do nothing but look after you. if i visit rhodes again i will definately stay there.

Room Tip: try and arange to get a room in the new block, they were amazing!

“Great location, decent rooms, good for 18-30's!!”

Me and my friend just got back from stamos in faliraki and had a great holiday. We stayed in the new block and the rooms are nicer than i expected for a 2/3 star hotel in greece. They are very modern, clean, and spacious; and even though we were on the ground floor we still had a balcony with a good view of the pool/outside area. Only downside to the room was it was a little too basic for self-catering - ok there was a fridge, sink and a hob, but no kettle, toaster etc so unless u wanted to eat out all the time it was a bit difficult to prepare your own food. The shower has no curtain so be prepared to flood the bathroom....If your going here make sure you let the people at the bar know of any breakages/faults when u get there as they have a list of charges on the back of room door. Pool - we went in Sept so quite quiet and easy to get a sunbed, there was a dj round pool everyday as well. Snack Bar - got choice of your usual snacky type foods - even though 24hr you can't get anything other than pizza after 9pm (which was disgusting! especially after travelling and arriving late). Location - this was great 5/10 min walk to centre and beach with bus stops 3 mins away if you fancy getting out and about. I would only recommend stamos to young people looking to go out partying and drinking every night, come back to your room too early in eve you won't get much sleep! We did see some older people and couples there but i would never recommend the place to anyone other than 18-30s!

Room Tip: try to get a higher floored room as those are probably quieter. aircon is a must! and a safe!
