For a one-night stay, the place was all right -- it was a studio type with kitchenette and a spacious bathroom. The location is great for those who prefer a quiet, rusting setting, that is a good base for hiking activities but not far from town. Our room had a simple design, nothing fancy although the bed being just a couple of meters from the kitchen sink without any form of division didn't appeal to me -- thankfully we didn't do any cooking. Everything was clean though quite sparse. The wardrobe was just a place to dump things in -- there were no proper places and shelves. The bed was not too comfortable, and having the thick winter blanket of double or even bigger size than the single bed was annoying as the bigger part of the blanket and sheets kept sliding to the floor as they were just too big. Considering that the bed was just a meter or two from the sink, the oven, etc where the floor is not always dry or completely devoid of food crumbs, this was annoying. The studio had a space out front with table and chairs -- nice to relax in, i think, at summertime except for the mosquitoes.
The breakfast also can use some improvement. It was paltry (as can be seen in my photo), consisting of a package of bread, a box of milk, a couple of packets each of instant coffee and instant chocolate drink, packets of tomato paste and olive oil. We were told by the lady in the reception that this was what locals in the area typically eat. In any case, it's not satisfactory at all especially as we paid 10 euros extra for the breakfast, we expected at least to have a piece of fruit, and jam or honey included (anyway, this was supposed to be honey country).
Still, a nice location overall, and the other apartments and facilities were quite nice (we were shown around), and the reception service was good. They also sell typical local products which were good (we took honey and chestnut puree) and reasonably priced.
