We've always stayed here as an overnighter on a long journey, however I'd recommend this place to anyone who'd like to visit Burgundy. The rooms are clean and well proportioned. The setting is really top-notch. The hotel is built around a courtyard with a mix of new and old buildings, very tastefully constructed.
I recommend either to take the breakfast there (though its a bit expensive to be fair), or as we usually do, go to the village of Nuits-Saint-Georges and buy your patisseries and viennoiseries in a bakery there and eat at a café where you then order the drinks (juice and coffee). The central square is lovely and by the time you're finished, the caveaux should all be open and the producers too! Enjoy a sensational part of France!
The hotel has a free coded car park and you can arrive late (just let them know in advance and they will tell you the code and put the key somewhere safe for you).
Clientèle seems to be a mix of Belgian, Dutch, German, British and French.
Does not open in Winter.
