We planned to stay at Criffel peak for 2 nights but ended up staying 3 as we loved it so much. Suzie and Caroline were amazing and could not do enough to help us. We were met with a fresh pot of tea and home made biscuits - not something you find anywhere in the world nowadays. The room was lovely and the bathroom with bath and shower beautiful and spacious. We really have absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay here. Delicious breakfast, great hosts, home away from home, excellent value for money - all the boxes are checked here.
This place was so good that this is the only review my wife has written the entire 3 months we have been travelling.

We had such a great stay at this charming house, and the two hosts Caroline and Suzie were so welcoming and helpful. We wish we could have stayed for more than 2 nights. The accommodation was so comfortable and well positioned, and it was great to have lounge and garden facilities. Fab breakfasts too Our hosts were well informed about the area and local activities, making our holiday so much more relaxing and enjoyable. We will definately be staying again if visiting New Zealand, but will make it longer next time.

Caroline and Suzi were such a wonder pair of hosts, I wished that we could have stayed for more. The flat is spacious, well equiped to the teeth. All you can think of in a normal home are there, they even have a small DVD collection and board games for you. There were washing machine and dryer and they had the washing powder ready! It is a place better to spend a whole week instead of 2 nights. They have thought of everything and had them ready for you for a short stay!

Caroline was energetic, enthusisastic and very friendly. Great fun taliking to her, I even managed to explain a chemical production process to a non engineer. She is eager to make sure you are having a good time and always come up with good suggestions. The breakfast was fantastic, sumptuous. My daughter really enjoyed the choices.

Caroline arranged a speedboat + heli trip for us, and it was a blast! Everything went smoothly. Wanaka is not a cheap place though, I found the restaurant there the most expensive in the island.

We stayed here two-nights during our three week vacation. Probably the best b&b of our trip. Both hosts were very helpful in proposing local attractions, restaurants and things to do at night. A quick walk from the B&B brought you to the heart of Wanaka where all the restaurants and shops are located. Breakfasts were diverse and good conversation with the hosts and other guests.

We would definitely stay here again.
