Spent a Saturday night here in September, checkin was really fast and we were directed to our room around the corner. The setting is beautiful, the views surrounding the property are wonderful, and the entrance to Zion Park is only five short minutes away. The room was basic but clean, quiet and comfortable. There are restaurants and parks very close, easy to walk to in a couple minutes - but beware, depending on where you go to eat you may be too close to a Mormon Temple for the restaurant to serve alcohol. The pool and hot tub were a welcome relaxation spot at the end of a very long day hiking at Zion, and the continental breakfast in the morning was basic but adequate. We would gladly stay here again!

We stayed in Nov and really enjoyed it. The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was clean and warm, and the free breakfasts were delicious. A nice end to a tough day of hiking.

We had to bail on camping in mid-afternoon because of rain, and this was the best we could find in Springdale at the last minute. The short-notice price was way too high, about $20 more than the infinitely nicer Best Western Zion Park. The staff were friendly and the room was reasonably comfortable, but it also smelled funny (even after a couple of airings-out) and wasn't terribly modern or appealing. The breakfast spread was extensive but blah. It's also toward the far end of town from the park.

We stayed in the "off" season for Zion. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and large. Perfect location. Felt like you were still in the park looking out the window. Great free hot breakfast in the mornings.
