I called the hotel to make a reservation and they gave me the only 3 room suite in the hotel for $119/night. The rooms aren't lavish, but nothing is bad. (could use some updates though) There is a lot of space, a kitchen, living room and balcony. Parking is only $6/night and there's a complimentary shuttle to take you around town.

I'm sure you'll find a nicer hotel but i don't think anyone can beat the value this hotel offers.

Great location in downtown Cincinnati, and very affordable pricing for a Saturday night stay. I am not picky about my hotels though...for me they are mainly just a place to sleep. If the bed is comfortable and the place is clean, I am happy. The suite included a bed room, living room, bathroom, and small kitchen with all appliances. I was only in town one night and chose Garfield Suites based on price and proximity, but this would be an ideal place to stay for longer visit because of the kitchen amenities. The decor was slightly out-dated, but everything was in good condition.

Colleagues and I stayed at the Garfield Suites for a three-day business trip. The hotel is definitely reasonably priced, but could use an update.
Pros: A lot of space (including closets, kitchen, bedroom and living space); free internet; centrally located; attached to a parking garage with low prices; television has a lot of channels

Cons: Outdated television; carpeting is worn; linens are dated and not comfortable; shower/bathroom needs updating; cigarette burns on kitchen counter tops.

I would not stay here again, it's worth spending the extra money if you can afford it.

Other: The bar/restaurant downstairs is reasonably priced with friendly staff.

I took a business trip with six other individuals to Cincinnati, Ohio. My business partners and I had a few hotel options, but opted to stay at the Garfield Suites Hotel. The experience was absolutely awesome!! Although, we only stayed during a weekend, our time there will always be remembered. Garfield Suites Hotel is a very nice place that is spaciously layed out (in apartment style) and very comfy. The staff made sure we were familiar with their offerings (i.e., breakfast, dinner, etc.) and was very accomodating to make sure we had whatever we needed. We had a situation where the van we drove in (from Chicago) was having brake issues and we needed a later check out time. Garfield was so kind and expressed it by extending our checkout time, in order to make things comfortable for us. The people at the front desk provide outstanding service; which was a tremendous plus also. I would say that if you are planning a trip to Cincinnati, Ohio, you should definitely stay at the Garfield Suites Hotel - they are number #1 in my book!
