This hotel seems older. The halls are narrow and dark. The elevators are a walk around, past the open breakfast area and near the pool that it open to everything.

But, other than that, it's pretty standard. Check-in is quick and easy and if you belong to their Priority Club, they give you a couple of tickets for free drinks. The front desk staff also made local recommendations for dining options and let us know where the business center and restaurants were located. The room are nicely furnished and an added amenity in the rooms including sheet spray and an eye mask on the bed. There was a separate sitting area with a small couch and coffee table.

We had the breakfast buffet and the waitresses were friendly and accommodating, especially when my niece and nephew showed up.

The pool itself is small and not necessarily conducive to swimming laps. But, we were there to swim with my 3- and 6-year old niece and nephew, so it was perfect. Just deep enough to have an element of challenge for them, but not scary!

Self parking is easy. And, it's very accessible -- right by the interstate.

There is nothing extravagant about this hotel..It is clean, decent and is accessible.. in short, a good business option. On the good side, it is located within a short drive to businesses and restaurents, has pretty good dining options nearby..On the flip side, the lobby staff could be a lot better - they are mechanical and looked like wanting to get a job done (not pleasant for a traveller), at least my experience..the restuarent is decent and the staff is courteous,.And I do think that the hotel needs a bit of attention to overall maintenance - could see several walls and fixtures which were not maintained upto standard expectations..

Overall, a decent businss stay option. Luxury or pleasure, not the place..

Hotel was easy to find, and conveniently located. Many good restaurants in area, as well as shopping. At checkin, Carly was extremely helpful and friendly. Got to room, and loved what we found- the room was spacious, clean, updated, and quiet! The bathroom was very clean! They have an atrium with an indoor pool which was attractive, as well as a restaurant, and nice bar area. Each morning, the first employee we saw was a Miss Georgia ( I think that was her name)- she was a delight! Every employee we encountered was friendly and out going- these people were very customer service oriented! We spent 3 nights there, and wish we could have stayed longer- they make you feel right at home! If we are ever in that area again, there is no doubt that we would return to them.

This Crown Plaza is just off I 71. The hotel is kept clean. Bed was comfortable and room had a plus having a fridge and microwave. Bathroom is small but plenty of hot water for showering. A big positive-- the quiet zone floors with information posted by the elevator in the tower section. Bob Evans and Subway are adjacent to hotel.
