We had to stay here because we travel with pets and it is where the central reservations person put us. It is a trailer to be sure, but I have stayed in similar places that were better. The sheets were very old and shabby and the pillowcases did not match the sheets. The curtains seem to have been there for approximately 50 years, maybe more. The hot water only lasts long enough for one shower and then you have to wait 20 minutes for it to heat up. No issues with bed bugs, but it was a very small bed, probably a full size, definitely not a queen. And I could most definitely hear every word said next door, as if they were in our room. I did not sleep well here, and it really does seem that there is no interest in the customer whatsoever. Perhaps the Rough Rider is better? No breakfast is provided with these accomodations, and almost everyone does that nowadays.

As another reviewer said, the room is basically doublewide trailers split up into tiny rooms. Inside you will find a bed, bath, air conditioner, TV, and flyswatter. My main complaint is the maids are obviously lazy and don't change/wash sheets and towels as they should be. I checked in the first night and find a blood stain on one of the pillowcases and pubic hairs on one of the bath towels. Same story when I came to my room the next night. The whole time I was there I was paranoid about bed bugs. Avoid this place if at all possible.

If you have ever been in a mobile home, you will recognize what these are immediately.

They are essentially double wide trailer divided into tiny little rooms and baths.

The room is tiny and barely fit the beds.

It was clean and if you are desperate for a place to spend the night, they are OK to clean up and grab a night's sleep. But there is no way you would want to spend any time in the room.

The real kick in the pants is that you can't just book the room. You have to buy a "package" which includes $80 tickets to a show. Don't take the show, you can't rent the room. So in the end, you end up spending upwards of $200 to stay in this dump. Sad thing is, one company controls the hotels in the town so be prepared to buy these stupid tickets.

A better lodging choice is to stay in Dickinson or another town and drive the few miles to the national park.

Qe were musinformed from the beginningbt the reservation clerk. Booking is done for three hotels in town and I wad rold I had to nuy tickets for mysical to get the room, and that it was last available. Not true and I eas told it wad right in town and very walkablw, afain not true. Sprnd your money else where. Only one towel for two peole and no office or staff on site.
