I have stayed at several Motel Six's in my life time but this the worse one I have ever stayed at. I will add I only paid $35.00, so sometimes you get what we pay for. The beds were wore out and broken down. The rooms were super small. There was also a lot of people out side around 10:00 P.M. I took my 12 year old son on a boating trip to the Duck River and I needed a place to sleep for a few hours, but to be honest I started to wonder if it was a good idea and safe. I will say the white sheets appeared to be clean but that is really the only good thing I can say. I will also add I never write reviews, but I thought this stay was worth to write about. The next time I came to town I stayed at Howard Johnson one mile down the road for $7.00 more and it was twice the room.

I read the unfair reviews and need to even the score with a good review. Front desk service by manager Will F. was excellent. Room was super clean and up to or better than most Motel 6 standards. The TV in my room had an issue and Will F. fixed it right away and was very gracious about it. The other staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The price was great for a Motel 6 and at least $10 lower than the neighboring hotels.
There is no reason to stay away from this hotel. I found it clean and affordable. They are going to get free wifi soon (other Motel 6's make you buy a $3 one day wifi card).
I would stay here again.

Our family of four stopped there overnight after a long day of driving only to find that there were only 3 towels in the room. All we wanted to do was take showers and go to bed. So my husband went down and asked for a fourth towel. He was told by a very rude young lady at the desk that she could not give him one and she would have to call her manager and get back with us. She never got back with us so I went down to ask for the towel and was told by the same desk clerk that they could not give me a towel or go into an empty room to get one without the owner's permission. I told her we were getting ready to take showers and had 4 people in the room and asked what are we supposed to do. She smirked and said "I don't know". I spoke with the new desk clerk in the morning who also informed me that it was their new policy not to give out towels.

My wife and I were travelling with our dog and needed to stop at a motel that would accommodate him. Because it was getting late we stopped at this Motel 6 and were given a room at the back (near the Interstate). It didn't take long to realize we had made a mistake. The room was in very poor condition with considerable space under the door for bugs to enter. Sleeping was impossible with the traffic noise just a few yards away. Turned up the fan on the A/C to try and drown out the sound of the trucks with no success. Spend some extra money and stay elsewhere.
