We finally located the place, which was our fourth during our stay. First impressions were not good. The reception area was to put it mildly 'grubby', and by some miracle they were expecting us. We were told which room we were in and advised not to use the shower with the door open as it would trigger the fire alarm (some bozo did just that at about midnight).
The block we were in had a strange odour about it and a jolly good clean would have helped. Our room was dark, just about serviceable, but we did not like the look of the strange brown stains in the shower. The TV was an RCA of early 80's vintage devoid of most of its controls, as was the air conditioner, oh and one of the window pains was broken.
Just to complete the scene of delapidation, the car park was partly filled with vehicles awaiting some form of repair at the nearby bodyshop, a sure invite for the local nere do wells to help themselves to your rental car during the hours of darkness. Take my advice, dont go near the place. Luckily we had an early flight and vacated as soon as possible. All in all a right dump.
