Service is great - food is good - love the opera singers - wait can be long - sauces too watery - love he paper table clothes and crayons.

It is a chain restaurant and has the same atmosphere and menu at each eatery with open style kitchen. A good choice of healthy Italian dishes. Full bar, not much of a bar business or atmosphere. You get to draw with crayolas on the table and have fun with the wait staff. Very responsive to your needs. Meals are reasonably price and good portions.

I have been going to Macaroni Grill for years with my family. There have been many menu changes and new items. They have changed the recipe on older items that I used to love. They had a salad dressing that was fantastic, and now it isn't there anymore and has been replaced with a balsamic vinegar dressing that is mediocre or another italian type dressing that is equally boring. The mushroom ravioli was my favorite item, with a really rich tasty marsala sauce. They then changed it to a buttery soupy sauce that was terrible. Then they changed it back, but have taken out some ingredients that were key to the dish. Had it last night and was extrememly disappointed. The fresh baked bread is about the only thing I will go back for at this point. They need to figure out a good menu and stick with it.

Came in with a group of five for a Saturday lunch and was not disappointed. My wife and another asked if they could have a salad and small pasta that is usually only available on weekdays. The waitress checked and they were nice enough to accomidate the two orders. It is what they should do but many places will not. Nice location and easy to get in and out of the mall area where it is located.
