The afternoon staff wasn't as thorough. For example: I had booked 2rms. under the same name via the Expedia. Unfortunately, we got to the hotel & the staff said, he can only find one room booked. So, we proceeded to booked another rm. After I went up to the rm. and got my itinerary came back to the fnt. desk; the attendant finally found the 2/rms. that was booked and proceeded to do a refund.
I would say, that the staff was less particular about doing a proper search.
Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. I would stay at this hotel again.
