We have stayed here several times and it has been wonderful every time! The staff here are very professional and just as helpful and friendly. Stan the GM goes out of his way to make your stay the very best. This is a great place to stay.

Stayed here while attending school nearby for a month. The facility is clean and in good repair. The staff seems friendly. The continental breakfast is about average. I paid a long term rate so I don't know what is charged for just a few nights. It is located near multiple stores and restaurants including a Wal Mart Super Center only a few minutes walk away. There is a pool that appears well maintained. Not an overly long drive from the downtown area. Located right next to Interstate. The business center consited on one computer with printer. The fitness center was a treadmill and two stationary bicycles. Parking is free. Wireless internet available for free.

My husband and I visited San Antonio for the Final Four. We waited until the last minute to book our hotel room, so everything downtown was sold out. The La Quinta was about a 5 minute drive to the downtown/Alamodome area and was very conviently located next to the Interstate.
We specifically looked for a hotel with indoor rooms which was quite a task considering we booked our trip 3 weeks beforehand.
The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.
They offer a continental breakfast complete with Texas shaped waffles.
If we couldn't get reservations downtown or were just looking to save a little money we would DEFINITELY stay at the La Quinta again!

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. Everything from the lobby, restaurant, bar, pool and rooms were more than we expected. Nicely decorated & clean. The free breakfast in the morning was very good, the staff was friendly & helpful and the hotel was convenient to wak to everything: mall, riverwalk, The Alamo, restaurants and the convention center. The city is beautiful and the people friendly. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and look forward to visiting San Antonio again.
