My husband and I went to the Royal Swan on our honeymoon. We stayed in the Crystal Room. The room was beautifully decorated, lots of room and our own bath. We later moved to the Emerald Room, equally beautiful and used the bath down the hall with the claw footed tub. We had a private back porch with a swing overlooking the lovely garden. Breakfast was wonderful, the hosts charming and the food delicious.

We went back on our 5th anniversary and another couple had bought the house and we discovered that the new hosts hadn't missed a beat and the rooms were just as beautiful, if not more so than before, the food just as marvelous.

We will be back.
