Clean, large rooms. Superior customer service! Will stay again. The most friendly and accommodating staff!

I stayed here for four days last month...maybe five. The price was great off of Hotwire and still decent off of their site directly. I don't know what the bad reviews are all about....maybe it was owned by someone else when they stayed there? Maybe the hotel wasn't renovated?? Never the less, I was there in September of 2011. The room was non-smoking, super clean, with plenty of TV channels. This hotel is right off of the freeway and super close to restaurants, stores and such. The person at the desk was nice and she let me borrow and internet cord. (You just sign for it) My room, and assume all of them, had a little fridge and microwave. My room also had a small loveseat and coffee table which I really liked! Though I didn't use it, they had a really nice little exercise room which I was surprised to see. They also have a great free breakfast which was closely monitored by (I'm guessing) the owner, who kept everything well-stocked. YES, they have those Texas shaped waffles! The only thing I didn't like was the hot tub wasn't so "hot." Bubbles, yes. Hot?...lets just say slightly more than warm. Maybe they'll work on that nest. Seems to me that this hotel was once cruddy but not any more. There were a couple of workers upstairs doing stuff and so I suspect that they are still doing some work. All in all, I'd stay there again and wouldn't think twice about it. Good price, good-sized room, nice people. Enjoy your trip to San Antonio.

Room was good size, clean, and had all the basics you would expect. The person at the front desk, Paige, was very friendly and accomidating as I needed a had originally booked a single bed and I needed an extra bed. Pool and spa was fine as you would expect.

This place is horrible. Very rude check-in and would not accommodate a family of 4 with double beds with 3 cars in the parking lot. I have been to hundreds of hotels and this is the first that would not change. Stay somewhere else!!
