Room was good size, clean, and had all the basics you would expect. The person at the front desk, Paige, was very friendly and accomidating as I needed a had originally booked a single bed and I needed an extra bed. Pool and spa was fine as you would expect.

This place is horrible. Very rude check-in and would not accommodate a family of 4 with double beds with 3 cars in the parking lot. I have been to hundreds of hotels and this is the first that would not change. Stay somewhere else!!

If you want to stay at a smelly, dirty pseudo-hotel with the worst customer service...then this is your ideal place. They did not honor my request for no smoking room, and it smelled sooooobad. they did not change the room and told me to accept it because there were no more rooms and no refunds. The room was dirty, we slept with our clothes on, not wanting to touch anything. When we arrived, the staff was the rudest ever, and the hotel lobby smelled horrible...stinking like sour spicy food. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WAS WHEN I COMPLAINED AND REQUESTED TO TALK TO THE OWNER, THE OWNER WAS THE MANAGER AND SHE WAS THE WORST AND RUDEST PERSON SINCE THE BEGINNING.

I'D RATHER SLEEP UNDER A BRIDGE THAN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!

Hotel looks nice, rooms look like they have been newly renovated. Initially had a problem with customer service regarded a disputed charge, but customer service resolved the issue. Satisfied with stay at hotel, and with the resolution of the problem.
