The website listed this motel as being remodeled. They only put in a couple of new things. I wouldn`t call that a remodel. They also painted over mold in the bathroom that was coming through the paint. I consider this a health risk. The bathroom door wouldn`t hardly open or shut. This was not worth the money. The one good thing is that it is close to Fiesta Texas. I will not stay here again. One last thing the pool was also dirty.

This stay was the most horrible ever.I wouldn't reccomend to anyone..we came here because it was really close to six flags.me my sister and my neice..we got 2 double beds but had to sleep on 1 due to other bed had really big white stains on comforter.floor was extremely dirty so we had to put our shoes on when going to the bathroom.when we first got in the non smoking room.I went to the bathroom and the toilet was very dirty dark brown stains all over toilet.and a cigarette in it.housekeeping came in to clean..also hair all over sink.would have rather payed more than getting some kind of sickness here.learned my lesson

I came to the hotel for Six Flags and was a walk in guest -- I checked out Studio 6 a few exits down and it was expensive and then I called Motel 6 for their rate which was $40 less so I reserved it over the phone as soon as I arrived in San Antonio and found Six Flags. The was my 1st time visiting Six Flags so I wasn't sure what was available in the area and my weekend trip was last minute.

When I called to make the reservation I was told that they didn't have 2 double beds on the 1st floor but when I arrived they did have this so not sure that I would give the front desk / reservations high marks.

The bed is hard -- it is a mattress without a box spring like the picture on the website shows -- not very comfortable (and pillows weren't comfortable -- I wish I had brought my own.)

The noise from I-10 is very loud -- if you leave your fan / AC on all night this will drown it out.

The walls & ceiling were freshly painted but the tile floor was DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY -- gross (Room 109 -- 1st floor 2 double beds non smoking.)

I'm sure that I left my child's pants in the room and I called the front desk tonight as soon as we got home and they told me that they don't mail items to guests left so I'm not too happy about that.

Bottom line is you get what you pay for -- the room was only $45 + tax for Friday and Saturday night each night compared to Studio 6 on the same night a few exits down was $80 + tax.

I didn't use wi fi or the pool.

No hair dryer in room or shampoo.

I would not stay here again because floors and baseboards were so dirty. I even told my young son to stay off the floor (crawling around playing with his toys).

Check in was no problem. Got to the room, there must not be any insulation because the room was freezing and the floor was not carpeted. The Trucks and cars on the hiway sounded as if they were right in front of your door. We could hear EVERY move that people on both sides and on the other side of the bathroom were doing. Even could hear the room phone ring, and hear them lock their door!!! They werent being overly loud, just poor construction. The beds were hard as a rock, the pillows were flat. The "Modern" look was aweful, and not comfortable at all.
We got there at 11pm, at 12AM, I couldnt take it anymore. I could even hear every car door in the parking lot close. We checked out and were refunded our money and just went home. We were trying to have a weekend get away but it was RUINED by this crapy motel. We will NEVER stay at a Motel 6 again. Lesson Learned.
