Do NOT stay at this hotel!!!!!!!! My three children and I went on a business trip with my husband and needed a place with 2 bedrooms and looking at the site it looks like a nice hotel but it's nothing like the pictures!!! We paid $115 a night for a 2/bd room suite and we would have been better off at a motel 6! Please choose a different hotel! The bathroom had black mold growing in the ceilings!

This was an absolutely horrible hotel. I guess for the price and size of the room it makes sense for some people, but we were disgusted. The shower is too small to even move when you're in it. The rooms are old and worn down. The pool was the worst. It had little white particles floating around in it and other unidentified items. I actually had to clean it I was so appalled by it. And even after cleaning the crap out, it was still too nasty to enter. However, the worst part of the entire hotel was the management. Apparently you're not aloud to sit and hang out on your own porch that you are paying for after a about 11o'clock at night. We were quick to get out as soon as possible and switch to a much better hotel. When we checked out the front desk people couldn't even get their printer to work, and didn't bother to ask how our stay was or why we might be checking out early. Very bad customer service. Spend a few extra bucks, go on hotwire or something and find something better. Trust me.

Worst hotel in San Antonio. Horribly disgusting and horrible staff. Do not stay here EVER. if your sole reason for staying here is because it's dog friendly, please find somewhere else.

Are stay was the 4th of July week for 5 nights my son was having his his graduation at Lackland Air force base in San Antonio TX. This hotel is about 25 min from base we could have stayed closer but I think my son liked getting away from the base. This hotel provided the comforts of home having stove refrigerator so we could cook home cooked meals it helped us save some money on food. We also had to get to base early every morning so having the free breakfast was nice. Hotel staff was very nice we checked out and I could not find my sweater so I called the hotel and they had it at the front desk. Thanks Hawthorn!
