“Absolutely THE Worst!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 October 2010

I reserved a non-smoking room through government hotel reservation system. I chose this hotel since it's closest to my buisness place. When I arrived, I was told he overbooked and there was no vacancy ( It was balloon fiesta weekend in Albuquerque). He said he reserved another much nicer room for me. It was 15 minutes drive away from that location. When I went there, I was offered a SMOKING room and the room was absolutely HORRIBLE! I thought I wouldn't pay a dollar for the room and even wouldn't sleep if I get paid by sleeping in there. Choose another hotel if you don't want to be treated cheap. Even if the price is your major concern, I'm sure you can find a much better one with similar price. I also left a worst feedback in government network.

“Avoid this place at any price”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 8 August 2010

The room looked okay at first glance. The AC knobs were missing to make any adjustments for cooler air. The front of the AC fell off while trying to adjust. There were ants in the bathroom floor. During the night something fell from the ceiling and fell on my son who refused to spend another minute in the room and spent the rest of the night in the car. I .stayed in the room without further incident until I showered in the morning and found more ants on the table. This was not as adverrtised and not what was expcted.; When you say dump that is being nice for this establishment

“Avoid this place!”

We only stayed here because it was a complimentary night from our rewards program – some reward… I still feel gypped. When we walked in, the “smoke-free” room reeked of cigarettes and there was a huge dying beetle in our bathroom to greet us. The ceiling over the bathtub was falling down, and there were only two towels. When we requested more from the front desk, we were told there weren’t any. I also had to use those two towels to supplement my pillow, which was only about an inch thick. The continental breakfast consisted of cold cereals and doughnuts. If you’re looking for a hotel to take a hooker, this may be your place… but definitely not for families.

“Great Stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 July 2010

This stay has been awesome,The staff is very attentive to the needs of their guests.I asked for a refrigerator and got it within 1 hour.everything has been great.I would definatly stay here again. The only complaint would be is to have windows that open in where the pool is located. It was a little stuffy.....

“Don't stay here”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 June 2010

We were in town for a wedding and stayed four hellish nights in this crazy hotel, we would have left but the rooms were paid for us. Ordinarily we wouldn't complain, but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I am not the cleanest person in the world, but when you or someone else pays for a hotel room, they expect a clean comfortable room and a spotless bathroom. Shortly after we checking in with our two children, who had adjoining rooms, my teenager informed me that her bathroom was a mess. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been clean for months, the paint was peeling. The toilet bowl hadn't been scrubed in years. Both rooms had carpet that had seen better days decades ago. They were stained and our white socks were black just walking on them. The comforters were dirty and stained and the sheets, although clean were torn in places. The blankets also had several tears. In both rooms, there was one tiny trashcan. The wall paper was stained and the room smelled like smoke.
As for customer services, when we asked that the bathtub be cleaned the first time, the had some attitude. I didn't even feel comfortable giving my toddler a bath. One of the tubs didn't even have a stopper. Anyway the second day the tub still wasn't cleaned, so my husband went again and complained profusely. A very kind lady who was on the desk duty tried to call the manager and asst. manager and they wouldn't talk to my husband. She offered and did come clean our tub. She was very surprised at the state of the bathrooms. Well, even though she cleaned the bathtub still had the stench of milldew from the shower curtain. The next day, no one came to clean the rooms they only dropped off towels on our beds. Then we had problems with our key cards. After we opened the door once, they wouldn't work again and we had to go the the office to get new ones. It was a nightmare. The location is terrible the pool was dated and didn't look like it was cleaned often. Really, don't stay here, there is a comfort inn down the road. The prices might look good, but it is not worth the stress. The only good thing is we didn't see any bugs.
