“Best thing was leaving!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 October 2011

price different than confirmed. Staff powerless to help customers. Manager rude and uncaring to hear about problems - told us to be quiet and leave the lobby. Live electrical wires hanging out of walls, beds left completely or partly stripped when returned at 9pm. Had to move rooms due to housekeeping, smelled bad, smoking done in non smoking rooms and nothing done about it. Short linens, Breakfast worse than I could describe. This hotel is a poor man's extension of the Super 8 next door - they came first for everything. A disgrace for Travelodge. Curtains hanging off walls, no chair to use desk, no alarm clock, lights flickered as if shorting out when switched on/off. The best thing about this stay was leaving and even then the manager made other customers and us wait for 9 minutes while she puttered around breakfast area. GPS could not locate this facility due to incomplete address quadrant in published info.

Room Tip: do not stay here!!!

“DON'T STAY HERE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 October 2011

I stayed at this hotel Sept 30 - Oct 1. The service was terrible. The room smelt bad. The shower head did not work. The toilet would only flush if I manually did it from the back tank. The beds were uncomfortable to say the least. The pillows smelt bad. No amenities like shampoo or conditioner. The neighborhood is bad. My vehicle got broken into overnight. My window was broken, leather seats and paint scratched, and over three thousand dollars worth of personal belongings stolen. I will never stay at this location ever again or recommend it to anybody.

Room Tip: Don't stay here.

“Absolutely disgusting”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 31 July 2011

The rooms were so small and outdated. The staff was unhelpful and very unpleasant. There were homeless people walking around the facilities. The pool looked and smelled as if it had not been cleaned for months and extremely cold! Will never return!

“Never never never stay here - especially if you are a woman.”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 July 2011

I won't repeat the same problems that other travelers have had here, but I will share this. About 30 minutes after checking in, and as I was about to change into pjs, the door was OPENED with a key card!!!! Thank goodness I had thrown the safety lock! After letting out a very startled scream, a man apologized and said he had checked into this room earlier in the day and was back to get some stuff. I said there was nothing of his here. He asked about some beer he had left in the sink. I said no and slammed the door shut. I immediately called the front desk and of course a new clerk had come on since I had checked in. The clerk had no idea why the card reader hadn't been changed, but promised to do so.

Not for sure, but considering the looks of some of the people staying here, he had probably left more than beer behind. Most people seemed like locals and were very sketchy to put it mildly.

If I hadn't been exhausted from driving 13 hours, I would have left and driven on to Santa Rosa...... I should have - the noise from the interstate was very disruptive all night long.

“Absolutely THE Worst!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 October 2010

I reserved a non-smoking room through government hotel reservation system. I chose this hotel since it's closest to my buisness place. When I arrived, I was told he overbooked and there was no vacancy ( It was balloon fiesta weekend in Albuquerque). He said he reserved another much nicer room for me. It was 15 minutes drive away from that location. When I went there, I was offered a SMOKING room and the room was absolutely HORRIBLE! I thought I wouldn't pay a dollar for the room and even wouldn't sleep if I get paid by sleeping in there. Choose another hotel if you don't want to be treated cheap. Even if the price is your major concern, I'm sure you can find a much better one with similar price. I also left a worst feedback in government network.
