What was a good experience on our first visit to this Days in turned very bad on our second visit a week later. The evening of check out on our way home we were charged a $250 pet cleaning fee. We called to dispute this charge as we don't have a dog as this was clearly a mistake on the part of the maid that cleaned our room. The room was clean and pet free when we found it and left the same way when we departed. We will be disputing these charges on our CC and recommending that travelers don't use this hotel. When discussing this issue w/ management over the phone they werer rude and hung up on us. Very poor customer service. We travel to Port Angeles regulary to visit family and this place has lost our future business.
