We have stayed at the Quality Inn when on holidays during the last three years and have been very pleased with the service, accomodation and continental beakfast, inclucing the Belgium
waffles. The reception staff have been very proffesional, friendly and helpful in answering our holiday questions.

Being in serious need of an update, this older property provided everything we needed. We found the staff to be friendly and accomodating, doing the best job possible. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. The young man in charge was very helpful and attentive to the needs of the patrons. Since we were in need of this room on a weekend when several other events were happening in the community, we were thankful to have it; the room was clean and comfortable. It was a real plus to be able to leave our car in this hotel's safe parking area, for an extra overnight (no charge), while we ferried to Victoria, BC, spending one night there. The MV COHO Ferry is walkable (just three blocks) from the Quality Inn, but there is a very steep hill (or steps) involved.

Room was clean but needed remodeling. High speed Internet was too low speed to use - clerk was responsive to fixing the problem but had to place service call and I had to check out before problem was fixed. Only the coffee was consumable for breakfast - all other food was too stale to eat (and I am not a fussy eater). I would expect to pay around $50.00 per night for such accommodations. I will take my chances next time with one of the lower priced hotels, or drive a little out of town to find something else.
