I had read the bad reviews and had set my expectations low but it was soooo baaad. If there was anywhere else walking distance away you'd go, but you feel trapped when you have been picked up and dropped there! The pillows smelt awful, the tree house steps looked like they were about to fall off, electrical cables are hanging through the roof and walls, and there is only one way out if there was a fire, down the rickety spiral staircase. There is no charm in the decor, the ceiling is the moldiest ceiling I've seen in an operating building. You can't swim at the beach because it's ankle deep for 200m then you get to a reef with big waves crashing on it. The light in the room didn't work so you have to have a portable. No light for the toilet. Floor was dirty underfoot. The food was nothing fancy. I feel sorry for the staff because they deserve a break, but this is a $40 a night hotel charging $200 a night. It's insulting.
