it was better than i expected reading all the reveiws i thought it would be a bit of a dump with rude staff but quite the oppposite we arrived very early in the morning 6.30am to be exact and we were accomadated imediatly no fuss the room was massive clean and fitted out with all the right stuff, the resturant had an unbelivable selction and is big. the spa is wonderful and the thermal water was hot as expected.
although there were a few faults the pool water was cold i have no idea why i was told it was regulated to be just right but i found it a bit nippy for me and the kids.
also the sound insulation is a little poor but i sleep well so it wasnt a problem for me
room service is good but a little on the slow side, but it is a big hotel
and finally the room being cleaned was a bit delayed i had to call them on three separate occations to have it done but it was done imaculatly when she came.
its close to a place called affium only a bus ride away and afyon itself is close its nice to have ladys and gents separate if you want, so its not the best but it wasnt bad either.
