this was our ( wife & I ) third trip to Atlanta for Thanksgiving as our son lives & works there we have stayed at this hotel all three times found to by relaxing, clean , comfortable & reasonable . Would recommend to any one going to Atlanta, close enough to down town with out being in all the traffic

Can tell this is a little aged. Carpets and some furnishings a little old. Rooms are clean. Bathroom was clean. A little noise is noticeable from the hallway if people are slamming doors. No noise from rooms on upper floors, ( I was on the first floor). Breakfast was standard, waffle-maker, boiled eggs, cereal, pastries, juice, coffee. Pillow top beds were comfortable. A few blocks to walk if you want to go to restaurants. There is all kinds of shopping available withing a mile or so. Local neighborhood seems safe. Construction around the area on hospitals but no noise or traffic delays. The hotel is not on a real busy street so turning into and out-of the parking lot is not a problem.

Great stay. Extremely comfortable rooms and the staff was excellent. I moved from another local hotel that was terrible. Love this hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

LaQuinta has done some pretty good renovations. This room had a huge desk and a very good LCD TV. WiFi was fast. Hotel was convenient to a class I took at MicroTek at 1000 Abernathy (within walking distance). One of the best bargains in the area (I searched around). Highly recommend for travelers on a budget but who want a good clean room with good amenities and nice staff. One think I did not like was the seating. You have a choice of an office task chair or the ottoman at the end of the bed. An easy chair would have been preferable; but, the room is not large enough for that. Great place for a single guy on business. Finally, Sissi at the front desk was very sweet.
