Customer service at this hotel is superb! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Could not ask for a better hotel in downtown Atlanta that was convenient and affordable (breakfast included!!!!) :)

While this hotel is getting rather tired, the staff more than make up for any worn edges.

From the high energy greeting, we were made to feel welcome during our entire stay. All questions were answered with exceptional detail and always followed up with the offer to provide more information if needed.

The valet service was a handy service and it eliminated any worries about parking our car during our stay.

Our Atlanta stay was made exceptional because of the high quality Hampton Inn people twho took care of us during our visit.

This is an older hotel that has recently been nicely updated. TWhile there are definite signs of age; t was clean and well cared for. The staff was pleasant and polite and had taken care to fulfill a couple of extra requests for us. The valet (after I tipped him) told me to leave my luggage cart when I finished unloading and he would bring it down. The breakfast was standard Hampton fare.

Park here and take the shuttle (be careful to note operating hours) to campus and avoid the extra parking charges. I felt that it was a good choice overall. I will be back if daughter chooses Georgia Tech!!

This is coming from a Georgia Fan. We were treated right by the Hampton inn staff at Georgia Tech. The rooms and staff were excellent. Many thanks to valet and front office staff. Great service!
