Our family stayed here over Christmas - and we're VERY pleased with the hotel! The room was clean and well-appointed. (The kidz loved the travel size Aqua Fresh toothpaste!) The bed was SUPER comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful! Way exceeded my expectations - especially for the price! They offer breakfast in the morning...nothing too exciting, but nicely presented. GREAT location for shopping - right near Perimeter Mall and surrounding shops. I would definitely recommend this Hyatt Place!

Stayed four days over the holidays. When we checked in, the room smelled as if it had been bathed in disinfectant. As others have said, the front desk staff was rather rude. To close the bathroom door, you must straddle the toilet.The property does not live up to Hyatt standards. Needs a face lift. The price is very attractive. Guess you get what you pay for.

I have stayed here several times and enjoy this hotel. The bathroom is small and when you turn on the light that annoying fan comes on, but the room is always spacious and has a refrigerator and sink area, which is nice. My only complaint is the staff. The hotel touts 24/7 dining, and one stay I fell asleep early and woke at 3 AM starving. It was chilly out so I decided to head downstairs and order something to eat. The only person there was the security guard and when I said I wanted to order something he went and got the guy who was supposed to be at the front desk.

It took the guy about 5 minutes to come out of the back room and when he finally did, it looked like he had been sleep and I had disturbed him. He appeared to have an attitude as he asked me what I wanted to eat and took my order and apparently had to cook it as well. I was really concerned about something being done to my food because he seemed to have such an attitude about actually having to do his job.

Anyway, I recommend this property, but advise against ordering anything after a certain time. I think Hyatt should not say you can order 24/7 if staff is going to have a problem actually following through with such a request. I think the security guard knew it might possibly be a problem because he tried to talk me out of ordering anything because of the prices.

Our soccer teams (11) stayed here and loved it. The location, decor, staff, and overall experience was wonderful. We travel a good bit with soccer tournaments, and this was a wonderful team experience. We had a family have an unforseen situation and the staff very graciously allowed them to cancel one night with no problem.
