This is the friendliest hotel staff that I have met in a long time. The employees at this hotel are willing to do any thing they can to make sure your stay is great.

Have stayed twice in this hotel near Cambridge. The location is excellent. Within walking distance is a starbucks, dunkin donuts, rite aid, whole foods and a few restaurants. Parking is easy with a lot right outside the door with plenty of space. Hotel has a nice workout room, business center, restaurant, market. Friendly staff. Great choice for business or fun.

Loved this hotel. Very reasonably priced, excellent location-- easy access to both Cambridge and downtown Boston. Plenty of parking. The serve was excellent-- the room service delivery waiter offered to bring cereal for my kids, and came back quickly with cereal and milk. Check-in/check-out staff were friendly and efficient. Great Hibaci restaurant. Great indoor pool. I would definitely come back, again and again!

Hotel was okay- room smelled musty. When we arrived neither the refrigerator nor the remote for the tv worked. We called maintenance, and a few hours later they fixed that. The exercise room had very little equipment, and was not monitored by staff. I used it twice, and both times they were out of towels and someone had jacked up the heat so that it was 80 degrees in the exercise room. No exercise mats and only 3 working cardio machines.
