I stayed here with my 5 year old daughter along with other family members, and I must say that the service I experienced was excellent. The Staff extremely polite, friendly helpful and accommodating. We had a twin room which was a very good size, much better that some other hotels I have stayed in in Italy. It had a lovely bathroom with shower, plenty of wardrobe space, comfortable big beds, safe, hairdryer etc. The location is out of town, which we knew, however, it was perfect for our needs, In summary, lovely modern hotel better than i expected. Would definately use this hotel again

Lovely hotel with small but adequate pool. Excellant restaurant, serving well executed menus and superb service. Rooms were cleaned daily and fully, but fell down with brick-hard pillows. Also has a courtesy bus which was very useful. Don't expect to visit the "Last supper" (unless pre-booked) as you need to purchase tickets 2 weeks in advance.

The hotel is a great hotel. It is small and trendy. What impressed me the most are the staff at the bar. He made us sandwiches after the bar closed that were devine. He made the best passionfruit cocktail. Now my favorite drink. Sadly I do not remember his name. Erico was our waiter at the restaurant hotel. Excellent service, excellent food. I had the porcini mushroom past with a cocoa sauce twice. The nicest people. The only downside is that it's slightly far from the duomo, but they do provide a free shuttle service. It is also in a more industrialized area.

It has to be said this hotel is not in the best of locations, on a commercial estate well outside the city centre and without their regular, free shuttle service to the Metro(a good 10-15 minutes away) it would be very inconvenient without a car. However, during the day the service was excellent and we never had to wait more than a few minutes either at the hotel or at the station.
If you want nights out in the city this would be inconvenient because the shuttle service ends around 10pm but if you are passing through this hotel gives excellent value for money.
Welcoming, efficient staff; modern, comfortable rooms with good lighting and heating.
The bar offered an evening 'happy hour', an inclusive price for drink and nibbles but this gets expensive if you have more than one drink! Worked well for us after a day in the city and a large lunch.
Would use it again under similar circumstances - especially if the price remains so reasonable.
