We chose this hotel primarily because they had a very accommodating pet policy (we were driving with our 70 lb. Siberian Husky). The property is a former Homewood Suites now under new management. We got a very low rate for this hotel, which was right off of I80. The rooms are large and have a separate sleeping area and living area. The space was great for relaxing with our dog after a long drive on our cross-country road trip. There are a decent amount of restaurants within a short drive of here, but not much within walking distance. The location, while near the interstate, is pretty quiet. Rooms are older, but clean and well-maintained. Beds were decent enough to get a good night of sleep. Free breakfast had lots of hot and cold choices (and we're vegetarian, so we're picky). Free high speed internet (fast enough for both of us to work online).

Will start off by saying we had stayed at this property when it was Homewood Suites since it's about half way between Denver and Chicago. We decided to try it again after reading the reviews.

we stayed at the hotel twice in a 2 week timeframe. On the first night I was told by the desk clerk where to park only to find out that the room was on the other side of the complex. It took winding thru several dark alleys to reach the room only to discover that there was parking right outside the room. When we entered the room the first thing that we noticed was the odor that greeted us. Breakfast was just ok.

On the 2nd stay it was even worse. The room was even smellier the first room and we found left over food on the floor and of course the unexpected hairs. the decor was something out of the 70's. When we decided it was time to sleep we noticed a nasty stain on the bedspread. Throw in the fact that it felt like we had creepy crawly things in bed with us it didn't make for a good nights sleep. Finally was the breakfast. We should have just went to McDonalds for an egg mcmuffin. Tater tots for breakfast? The waffle mix had the consistency of water...

Needless to say, I won't be staying at this property again.

First of all, let me start by saying that I am very picky when it comes to hotels. Mostly I enjoy our own RV when travel. For this trip from Illinois to Colorado, we chose Premier Suites as our mid point on the return trip. We absolutely love it!

First of all, although it is not next to highway, which makes it quiet, highways are just a short distance away. We had a one bedroom suite. Bed comfortable. Central air, which is very quiet. Linens are clean and smells good. The hotel consists of different small buildings three stories high. We stayed on a weekday with our 8yo boy. Best sleep ever at any hotels, totally beats many of the Hiltons and Holiday Inns we stayed at. People staying there are mostly business travelers so no noise from other guests.

Two little things they can improve: no ramp to the rooms' building doors, just stairs, which makes it hard to get the luggage in. Second, the full breakfast buffet, the egg and meat were kind of tough. Other than that, this place is 5 star all the way.

Note to parents with young children: If you cannot contral your children from running around and disturb other guests, please don't ruin this hotel for others who can.

This hotel was the perfect place for us to stay during our 5 night stay in Omaha for a wedding. The staff was very friendly. Our room was more like an apartment than a hotel room. We had a kitchen with a stove, fridge, plates & utensils, pots & pans...anything you could need if you planned on cooking for yourself. I'm not sure if all rooms are the same, but our bedroom was a completely separate room from the living room area, which is nice if one person wants to go to bed and the other chooses to stay up. The couch folded out into a full size bed that was actually pretty comfortable. Our king size bed was perfect in size, however, not the most comfortable. The pillows were not great either. But overall, it was fine. The best part was the free hot breakfast every morning. They also put cookies out every night at 8pm if that's something that interests you. We felt like we were returning home every night rather than going back to our hotel. In fact, we kept saying we were "going home". It is an older hotel. I think they actually used to be apartments. But for the price, you get so much more than other hotels, and the free breakfast really just made our decision easy.
