Recently in Omaha on business and stayed at this Marriott. It was a property that was built a while ago, but certainly well maintained. My room was decorated tastefully and modern. Bathroom was small, but chalk that up to the age of the property. The restaurant, food, and bar staff were all top notch. Compared to more modern Marriotts this as said is an older property. It can probably use a total renovation, but with what they have it is clean and well maintained.

I've been a Gold Marriott for many years and have stayed at properties all over the world. Stayed on first floor. Looks very similar to the last time I stayed here 12 years ago. Perhaps it has been updated, but the room I was in was tired looking. A/C heater grille was kicked in, many peices of candy on the carpet, ceiling stucco falling down, not what I would expect from a full service Marriott. Free internet worked well. Front desk clerk didn't seem too happy to see a customer checking in., however the check out staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was rather good, but the buffet was not open. Exercise area was being updated. Pretty average experience.

I have stayed at the Omaha Marriott several times on business and will definitely stay there again on my next trip.

Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and it is close to good restaurants and the mall.

Their shuttle driver will take you to the near by restaurants or mall and pick you up quickly when you are ready to return.

I have also used a conference room during my stay and that was a good experience as well.

Nice location with a very nice lobby area. Staff very accomodating-impressive as we stayed there twice this summer as a team for soccer tournaments. Rooms are on the small side, but adequate and clean. Indoor/outdoor pool is nice. DO NOT leave anything in your vehicle - a teamate's parent's car was broken into overnight and everything was stolen. This is commonplace in Omaha.
