I have a large family! So we booked 2 Suites which had 2 double beds and a pull out couch. a kitchenette and a table with some chairs. We got the Omaha Zoo and CoCo Key Water Resort Packages for each room. We got to check in early which was a very good surprise considering how much stuff we had. They allow you to get your Zoo passes early and when you get your waterpark passes you go to the waterpark desk which was kinda inconvient but we made it through! They even told us that it would be okay if we used the kid passes on my 17yr old niece and 18yr old nephew beings we didnt realize that there was age limits! We also got a little discount for booking ahead of time over the phone! Which was another nice surprise! The rooms were good we had a room right along the area for the inside pool which had a mini playground for kids. The staff was very helpful and nice.The water was warm which I personally didn't care for because it was summer. But the kids and my parents liked it! When we got to the waterpark it was breathtaking I never imagined so much could be put indoors. There was a seperate area for babies and younger kids which was a relief because my we had my 3 yr old cousin with us. There was a bar with a friendly face behind it! and a snack bar with pretty good food. The arcade was right across from the waterpark and that was helpful so we all could keep an eye out on the kids! Over all we had a wonderful time and plan on doing it again.I have told all my friends about it and some have already gone and had wonderful experances and others are awaiting to go!

went here for the hotel and waterpark. got there and got room and husband sat on the bed and it broke the frame, they moved us to another room where the tv was not working and when taking a shower rusted screws broke off the drain. there was wires hanging down in the hallways...no room service .should close down during this renovation. management was not very helpful and never even offered any kind of discount or anything. the rooms were so hot could not sleep the air conditioner was not working...will never go there again..

About a year ago, I took my family to Coco Key. We were there for 5 minutes when the large waterbucket dumped its water out. The force of the 500 gallons knocked my 5 year-old daughter to the floor, fracturing her eye socket.She had to refrain from physical activity for a month! No running, playing, jumping, or playground. She had a hospital stay and a hospital bill of over 13000 dollars. They have refused to pay any money at all and claimed to have no liability. Be very careful when you are there so it doesn't happen to your child! The doctors told us that she was lucky not to have needed surgery or damaged her permanently!

I was booked here to teach a one week course in a meeting room at this hotel. Very poor experience. Place is undergoing extensive renovation--the supposed breakfast was spotty--somedays cereal, somedays not, somedays bacon, somedays biscuits and gravy. No restaurant available on site. Place was absolutely deserted--spookily so--when I checked in, bringing up memories of the hotel in the movie "Psycho." (Fortunately results were annoying, but not tragic).

Consistent problems with getting the cooling system to work. I complained about a room being too hot, and was moved to another room where the cooling system clearly didn't work. I complained, and moved to a third room where the cooling system is barely functional. Room is hot and dry, irrespective of outdoor temperature.

This place is a dump--pure and simple. Avoid it.
