“It was alright! stayed on 12-26-11”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 January 2012

My husband & I stayed for one night & it was ok for the price! The only thing that we didn't like was that it said on the accomodations that it had a heated pool which we were looking forward to & when we got to the pool area it was cold! Very disappointing! The hot tub was good but the jets were not working properly & were very noisy, but it was hot which was good! It was run down & needs remodeled! The front staff when when we checked in was very nice & helpful but the night staff was not so nice or helpful & was kinda rude when we had a problem! The bed was comfortable! The bathroom was not very clean! Overall it was an alright stay & probably would stay again if it wasn't for very long! The breakfast was good! I also didn't like that it was right by interstate 80 & was noisy& also they need to put in better curtains or bigger ones beacause people can see into ur room on the bottom floor!

Room Tip: I would recommend getting a room on the second floor because the curtains on the first floor are not...

“Do not stay here”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 December 2011

Hotel was dirty, poorly managed and run down. The hotel was so loud that over ten police were called in to handle the situation. Worst experience ever, to be followed up by being charged twice.

“Dirty, Noisy and Worn Out - DO NOT STAY HERE”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 November 2011

This hotel is old and worn out. The room was clean other than the large stains on the floor and couch. We were placed right next to the pool, where several noisy birthday parties were taking place. Children were screaming and running through the halls next to our room and above our heads. We would have been better off driving through the night to get home. What a horrible disappointment. How anyone could describe this place as quiet and nice is beyond me.

Room Tip: If you must stay here, ask for a room far from the pool. It's open until 10pm and people scream...

“Nothing special, but clean and basic value for a one night stay.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 September 2011 via mobile

Price was at a 50% discourt and only 8 miles from the airport. Had early flight. It was quiet and comfortable. Room rather small. Clean, but petty basic. Not much around it. Breakfast included, but we had to leave too early to try it. Would rank this in category with Motel 6.

“Can't think of one good thing to say”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 July 2011

So much was wrong with our stay, I will try to get it all in. We were there for a baseball tournament. The cost online was $60 a night average - we were charged twice that at $120 per night. We were required to pay in advance even for a 4th night, even if we didn't need it. The front desk person "Nani" made deals with several guests to refund their 4th night but not others. The hotel itself was not renovated. It was dirty and worn. The carpets were dirty and the elevator felt unsafe and rickety. One of our team mate's families had urine on the toilet when they checked in that stayed on the toilet even after the maids came in to "clean"! Some put "do not disturb" signs on their doors, but maids came in anyway. The "pull out" sofa bed sank so far in the center so that our son had to sleep with his dad and I. The "continental breakfast" had squishy bananas and stale muffins. The "make your own" waffles weren't bad. My son left his jewelry by the pool. I called the front desk and "Jack" told me 'no nothing was turned in.' Then I went to the front desk and asked in person. "Nani" said no, nothing was turned in. So I asked to please speak to the head of housekeeping or maintenance, whoever cleans up at the pool at night. "Nani" told me "ok, but there isn't anything here." I asked to talk to her to be sure. Sure enough, the woman told "Nani" that there was stuff left in a desk and it was my son's jewelry. Had I not been insistent, it wouldn't have been returned. There was just an overall incompetence in the front desk staff that make the stay even more difficult. Speaking of the pool, it was small and only had one depth which was 3 feet. The laundry facilities were $1.50 per wash and dry. It is a closet sized room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. NOT good to accommodate large groups with lots of dirty uniforms. We were told the Comfort Inn across the street was a better choice so we'll look into staying there if we're ever in Omaha again. Don't waste your time or money on this hotel.
