Clean and friendly staff. Expedient check-in despite New Years Eve. Great buffett breakfast. Close in proximity to old market. Shuttle service was great to have.

During a recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, I was impressed to find people who were friendly and helpful from the front desk and management to the shuttle van driver and breakfast cook. It was a great overall experience and the hotel is highly recommended. There are even cookies available in the evening!

We have stayed here many, many times over the last 5 years and have NEVER been disappointed. When i call to make the reservation they know exactly who we are and are treated like family! I come in from Switzerland and usually have a few days of jet lag so I am a pretty early riser and appreciate the coffee and tea service (it's even free) and the comfy lobby area where I can connect to the FREE Wi-Fi and people watch. When rarely a problem does arise I just need to tell the super front desk staff and it is always resolved within a few hours at the longest! Love this hotel and the location is super, Old Market place is always accessible and the shuttle service very accomodating.

A nice location, convenient to most of down town Omaha. the staff is great, happy people
