I booked this hotel on the trip advisory site and forgot the 1800# billed me immediately which irritated me since I didn't choose the cheapest rate thinking I could still cancel if need be ( that was how it was worded on the 1800 45hotel when I booked months ago.

Anyway, I liked the hotel-- best one experienced near the Regency/ Indian Hills area. We stayed a whole week and were extremely satisfied.

It doesn't matter how nice the hotel is laid out, or what they serve for breakfast or that they give away free beer at night if you can't get a good night's sleep. From about 10:30pm-5:30am (when I finally fell asleep) there was a noise that cycled about every 5 minutes and I could hear directly in my room. I had the staff come up at 11pm and listen to it that night but they could not identify it. Additionally, some guy with a leaf blower was walking around at 2:30am and an idling truck showed up at 3:00am that added to the noise. It's the worst night's sleep I have ever had. The hotel was nice enough to give me a discount and buy me some points, but it took me a while to catch up on my sleep after my stay. I can't imagine staying here for an extended-stay.

Staff was great! Room was great! I was alone on business this time, but if I were with my family this is THE PLACE to stay alone or with everyone! Great job Staybridge! See you this again this week!

Newly opened motel, excellent continental breakfast, nice rooms, pool could have been 15 degrees warmer, but they gave us a discount since my daughter was a patient at Children's Hospital. We will definitely stay there again!
