Great location (especially if you want to see a baseball game, it's right across the street) just outside the heart of downtown but close enough to take the free shuttle and be there fast. Got a great deal on Priceline but even the regular price seemed good considering the location (Seattle is an expensive town) and the well appointed very clean rooms with comfy mattress. Was worried about the huge bright LCD ads on the stadium right across from the room keeping us up but the curtains blocked the light completely. Very friendly front desk staff. We parked on the street cuz I'm cheap and it's free evenings and Sundays, but they do have secure valet parking. I'll definitely stay again and have recommended to friends.

This was an absolutely wonderful hotel! Got a great last minute deal online, and for the money paid I cannot find a thing to complain about. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the major downtown attractions, but they offer a free shuttle every 30 minutes so the distance is not a problem at all! Every member of the staff we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated and quite large. The bed was AMAZING! So comfortable! Definitely would reccomend this hotel if you are in the Seattle area!

I have no complaints about the hotel itself, but for new years, at my age of 27, I think I may have been one of the oldest people there- including the staff. It must have been an anticipated guest dynamic for the staff because they were prepared with a 'no parties' contract at check in. The other guests were everywhere, in ill-fitting, inappropriate garb and generally acting obnoxious (perhaps staying at a hotel without mom and dad for the first time) that really made leaving the hotel room unappealing except as a social experiment in people watching.
The staff also were unable to recommend any other breakfast restaurants besides their own unless I wanted to come down to the desk...
I would give this hotel another shot, but not for New Years, I would want to see what it is like under game day conditions.

I expected a dried up hotel on the wrong end of town, only I found a newer building that was very inviting. The valet was ready to assist with bags and car. The desk staff was very sharp and greeted you upon arrival. The lobby is immaculate and comfortable. A room key is required to use the elevator. Our room is very large with two queen beds, desk, chest and reading chair. The bathrooms were very sharp and clean.
jimmy's restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast.
Being a bit off the downtown, the hotel provides shuttle service around the downtown area. It still costs a whopping $22 bucks a day to park. oh well, a great hotel in an okay part of town. Well worth the stay.
