Basically it was 3 days till the Rugby world Cup Final and this was all there was. Ironically it was well placed for the stadium (we walked to it though it must have been 5 miles away) and has two metro's just down the road for nipping into the centre.
I haven't stayed in a 2 star before, but actually it was fine. The room was small but co ordinated. The carpet was a bit scruffy but the bathroom (shower ,no bath) looked newly done.
The chap on the front desk spoke great English and was happy to help. Downstairs has a bar/breakfast area but was smart and clean and the 8euro breakfast was fine if a little squashed in.
There's no mod cons but you don't feel ripped off here. There is parking at the end of the road in a really nice underground car park that costs 9 euros for 24 hours . The area is just the usual suburbs with some OK shops and restaurants if you head south.
