This Ibis is on the immediate outskirts North-West of Paris, near 2 metro stations, the ring road (peripherique making it close to La Defense by taxi) and within walking distance of a few business trip destinations such as L'Oreal, SNCF and Danone.
Reception staff was welcoming and professional and so was breakfast room staff. Same at 11:30 pm for a coffee.
In the room, you get what you would expect if you have been to any other relatively recent (not brand new) Ibis. Basic and functional, with a good flat screen TV - not many non-French channel if any, but you don't stay at Ibis to spend time in the room except if you're busy working at the large desk.
I have been a few times and recommend it if the location is convenient for what you wanna visit.

“My first stay in Paris”
It was a pleasure to find a relatively cheap hotel with high quality in services, English is not a problem when you check in/out. Internet is available in the rooms. The location is near to subway station, with escalators for elders. Shops and restos are in business near the hotel, even it is surprisingly for me since there is no activities in weekends.

“Cheap clean near metro no issues with staff.”
Nothing extraordinary. But was very clean.and tidy had everything one needs. Staff spoke better English than I did french ;-)
Only real gripe is the lack of English channels on the TV. By the time I get to bed ive read all the world news and all I can get here is BBC News 24 :-(.
If you have to stay in the Clichy area go for this one. Dont bother with Kyriad Clichy near the Marie De Clichy Metro. Dirty smelly and rude staff.
