On arrival, although we had booked and paid in advance, the receptionist, who seemed unable to operate the computer, tried to send us to the hotel next door.
The food in the restaurant was terrible - lamb steak was barely cooked and tough - lamb shank, which was supposedly served with a shallot jus, was dry.
Drinks that we ordered never arrived and the food was eventually brought to the table by a dirty, scuffy "chef", the recptionist also appeared to be the waiter as there only seemed to be the two staff on duty.
There was also damp in the bathroom due to no ventillation, the room was small and basic, but clean.

Below average standard and not good value. Restaurant staff unhelpful and generally gave poor service. The evening meal was of very poor standard and the worst ever experienced in France. Reception staff efficient but not very friendly. Room in need of refurbishment and had no heating.

Located on the Roscoff side of Morlaix, near the dual-carriageway Brest-Rennes. We have stayed at this hotel many times after a mid-day sailing from Plymouth and it continues to provide good basic overnight accommodation. with easy parking and a fast getaway onto the major road. Rooms are separate from restaurant and have small bath/shower, tv, tea/coffee etc. Good breakfast choice and excellent food in restaurant.
