This place I thought was a great place but with other guests next door , we realized soon enough that the walls were not sound proof. Unfortunately you can hear everything across next door. The owners keep the place clean . Everything is far away. You need a car every time you go out. You will stay in a residential area in higher altitude, so no A/C is needed. The room we had was called the Plumeria. You will have a mini-fridge and no oven. You have a balcony facing the ocean where you can watch beautiful sunsets. There are pros- and cons. I give it a 7/10
