I stayed one week in this place with my family and all it was excellent. Accommodation conditions are very good. It's very clean and the breakfast it's very ok. If you want a wonderful vacation in Kaprun, you can book this Pension. It will be the best choice you can make

An excellent guest house, small enough for the personal touch. It has such a brilliant view of the mountains that one can enjoy them without having to ski down them! The only disadvantage is that it's a bit of a hike to the town centre (taxi recommended in icy weather) but apart from that, thanks to Simone for a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed in a single room for a week on 15th January 2011. If your looking for a traditional Austrian family run bed and breakfast in a quiet location less than 10 mins from the town centre, and 5 mins from the newly opened tauern spa, then I can thoroughly recommend the st georg pension. Simone is an excellent host, that speaks English extremely well, and can recommend the best places to eat and everything thats going on in town. Rooms are clean and the staff are very friendly. I thought the extra portable heater in the rooms was a very thoughtful touch. Continental breakfast was very nice, with local jams and honey, and fresh breadrolls.
The smaller mountain is 5 mins walk away and offers some great mountain restaurants. Particularly the restaurant at the top of the maiskogelbahn. The glacier and zell ski areas are easily connected by bus, which is covered on your lift pass.
