We stayed on our way through town on the way to Chicago. We found the property to be well maintained and clean. We found the location to be very convenient to the interstate. And, we found the staff to be kind and courteous. We'll stay again if the chance arises.

Have stayed here twice and my wife actully likes it better than the Courtyard Marriott right next door. Much nicer than typical Fairfields. Very clean and well maintained. Decent exercise room and pool for family trips. Very good breakfast. Very convenient location to East Towne Mall, anything on the east side of Madison, and even downtown.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was decorated in fresh, contemporary colors. My only complaint is that the room had a slight musty odor which I presumed was from the a/c. I didn't think it would be a problem but my head was full in the morning... If you have allergies, ask for another room if you detect mold, etc. There is a restaurant within walking distance. I purchased this hotel room at a discounted rate on hotels.com.

My wife and I visit Madison frequently and have stayed at the Fairfield Madison East since we found it a few years ago. I find that it is the hotel by which I rate others. It is clean, well kept, and has a friendly staff. The beds are comfortable, They have free internet service and a very nice breakfast in the morning. We stay at a lot of hotels and find this Fairfield the best in every category.
